Control Your Thoughts Factory

“Take the responsibility for producing the right quality of thoughts from your mental factory.”- Control your thoughts factory.

Just as a farmer checks the quality of seeds, we need to check our thoughts which are seeds that bear fruits as words and behaviours.

  1. Your every thought has four impacts – it creates your feeling, it affects every cell of your body, it reaches the person about whom your think, and it radiates in to the environment. So your thoughts create your happiness, health, relationships and environment.
  2. Observe your thoughts for a minute after every hour and classify into four categories – Pure thoughts, which are thoughts of peace, love, happiness and acceptance. Selfless. Negative thoughts are of ego, hurt, anger, hatred, jealousy. Necessary thoughts are related to day to day activities, minus the element of worry, irritation, fear or anxiety. Waste thoughts are about the past, future or about other people, all of which are not in our control.
  3. Information, Past experiences and Belief systems are the three sources of your thought. Consume pure, positive information. Let go of unpleasant past to clear the load of negative experiences. Change any negative or limiting beliefs you have gathered along the journey of your life.

Thoughts factory – The Story

The architect met his client that day. Warm day and he perspired in the cab on his way to the client’s office from the airport. He was settled in a conference room that had a beam running through the ceiling overhead. He had problems with bad designs. The conference room was a bad design. So, he got more irritated. His thoughts were clouded with doubts when the client appeared. They met. They sat. In no time, the client registered that the architect was not organised in his mind.

He called off the meeting and decided they go for lunch in a nice downtown hotel.

The architect didn’t understand the sudden change of plan. But the client was doing things and he was happy to follow. The lunch happened. Grills, cheese, sorbets and desserts. It was a nice meal. Sumptuous. His irritation had vanished. He was appreciative of the gesture by the client.

Then, the client asked for his work. And the architect, now in groove, put out his thoughts and concepts. He spoke and explained like a dream. Just as the client wanted and had visioned.

Mind is really a factory of thoughts. It only requires a process that sets it in the groove.

It builds your aura. If it’s a positive creative thought, the positive aura is all around.

Observe your thoughts and classify them to move ahead.

Every one hour, observe your thoughts and classify them into four categories. Pure thoughts which are thoughts of peace, love, happiness and acceptance. Negative thoughts are of ego, hurt, anger, hatred or jealousy. Necessary thoughts are related to day to day activities, minus the elements of worry, irritation, fear or anxiety. Wasteful thoughts are about the past, future or about other people – all of which are not in our control.
