Traffic Jam of thoughts

No one loves traffic jams. Everyone has a traffic jam reference for being late somewhere. Everyone wants to show frustration by referring to those jams.

Yes, it’s true for many of us. Those jams, those delayed trains, the delayed flights or those long queues anywhere, from buffet tables to airport check ins. They are sources of frustrations, anxiety or stress. These are routine scenes. And routinely, our emotional health gets affected by all this.

Let’s change this once and for all.

Let’s think differently on the road. Positive thoughts. An office strategy can take shape. A song can be sung. A film can be remembered. A pleasant conversation can happen with a fellow traveler. Let’s remove all the turbulence.

Thinking right in a traffic jam is your choice

How about some positive listening? Some podcasts or hymns. Or simple meditation. Silence reigns. Gives a certain shape to the mind.

Use travel time to meditate, read or listen to positive content.

Start early and maybe you can have less traffic woes. In the meanwhile, do say, “This shall clear, and I shall reach on time for the day to be perfect.”

Maybe the day shall turn perfect. You will be the gainer. A positive mindset will be a foundation for a great successful day.

Keep your mind calm and conserve the emotional energy.

In fact, a traffic jam is the test for a man’s patience and perseverance. And it’s great that you can look to pass the test all the while.
